The total estimated delivery time is 14 to 22 business days, including 4–6 business days for order processing and 10–16 business days for shipping.
Yes. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 5–7 business days to appear after shipment.

Yes. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders. However, domestic orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

No. ZynSell covers all applicable sales taxes for your order. The total amount displayed at checkout is the final price you’ll pay — with no extra taxes or hidden fees added later.
Yes. All payments are processed securely, with required authorizations and verifications completed before your order is processed. For added safety, your bank may occasionally place a hold for security confirmation if it’s your first transaction.
At this time, ZynSell only accepts one payment method per order. Combining multiple payment methods for a single purchase is not supported.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and returned with proof of purchase. Sale items or promotional products cannot be returned unless defective.

Yes — customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. These shipping costs are non-refundable and, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
Yes — if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a replacement instead of a refund, provided it’s within 30 days of purchase.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive a notification email. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
