Refund Policy

We’re committed to making things right. If any of the following issues occur with your order, we’ll gladly send you a free replacement:

Your order doesn’t arrive at your shipping address within 45 business days of placement.

You receive the wrong item (e.g., incorrect customization, wrong product, or low-quality print).

You receive a damaged product (e.g., broken item).

Please Note: Prefer a full refund instead of a replacement? No problem. For incorrect or defective items, there’s no need to return them—we’ll save you the time and return shipping cost.

REFUNDS

Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

The delivery failure was due to circumstances within your control (e.g., wrong address provided, not home to receive the package, failure to collect the parcel).

The delivery failure was due to exceptional situations beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, tracking marked as “delivered,” or item lost after being placed in your mailbox).

Need a refund? No worries! You can request one within 15 business days of receiving your order. Just drop us a message on our Contact Us page.
Please note: Refunds and exchanges are not available after 60 business days from the date of purchase.
Once approved, your refund will be credited to your account or original payment method within 7 business days.

EXCHANGES

We take pride in our quality. If your order has any issues like receiving the wrong item, incorrect size (due to our error), or production defects, we’re here to help with a quick, hassle-free replacement.

Important:
We can only accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues if the error was on our part. Please do not send anything back unless we’ve authorized the return.

To process a claim, please include the following clear photo evidence:

Photo(s) of quality issues or damaged parts of the received item.

Photo(s) of incorrect product/color/design.

Photo(s) of the size tag and the item measured with a ruler (if there’s a sizing issue).

Photo(s) of the original shipping label on the received package.
