At ZynSell, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure shipping services to ensure your order arrives on time and in excellent condition. Below is a detailed overview of our shipping process and related policies.
Shipping Regions
At this time, ZynSell ships orders exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping services.
- Order Handling: All orders are processed within 4–6 business days (Monday through Saturday) before being shipped from our fulfillment facility.
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 10 to 16 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier’s operations.
- Total Delivery Time: The estimated overall time to receive your order, including processing and shipping, is between 14 to 22 business days.
- Shipping Cost: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders. In addition, all domestic orders with a total value exceeding $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Shipping Carriers: To provide reliable delivery, we partner with well-established carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other local postal services.
Important Notes
- The shipping timeframes listed above apply to orders shipped within the United States using standard shipping services.
- Please note that delivery to military addresses may be restricted or unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- While most orders are processed and shipped within the estimated time, certain products, order volumes, or circumstances may require additional handling or delivery time.
- Large orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Box addresses. These shipments will be sent separately to ensure secure and reliable delivery. Free shipping promotions do not apply to these orders.
- Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing a tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for the carrier to scan and update tracking details. If your tracking number shows no updates within this timeframe, it may indicate that the package is still in transit to the carrier’s processing facility. Tracking details will become available once the package has been scanned into their system.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. ZynSell cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Additionally, if you request an address change, forwarding, or redirection through the final-mile carrier after the package has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are not liable for any resulting delays, loss, or damage.
